 Log carriage
This new type of machine has been designed to grant a rapid and accurate centering of log, whatever its taper may be. Its main features are listed below:
Log clamping through hydraulic cylinders having 2 selectable closing pressures
Equipped with a touch screen panel of 10 inches, with incorporated 8 standar memories for direct import of data, 50 programs of different diameter or width are installed and optional manual or automatic function. All the above are achieved from an electronic programmable equipment, with a possibility of prediction (damage via teleservice).
Log turning device with independent arms mounted on each headblock, controlled separately or simultaneously, with possibility to exclude the arms unused. Hydraulic lifting with arm inclination to 90°.
Rotation through hydraulic motor.
Centralized and completely automized lubrication.
Hydrostatic feed, with rope drive and foot control lever.
Akomolator of 20lt capacity, pressure operation 120bar, nitrogen pressure 50bar.
Akomolator for high-speed movement of log turning-device rotary piston and colums movement.
Steel wheels with double balance for large strenght.
Double arms hydraulic log turning device.
